Former Navy Signalman, Master-at-Arms, and Air Force Security Forces NCOIC with deep roots in municipal law enforcement and industrial food manufacturing R&D. The operational standard remains constant: engineering systems that preserve resilience when real-world perimeters and networks degrade.
